Ingredients ::
  • 1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets vegetable soup mix
  • 15 oz. ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 pound imitation crabmeat, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 40 refrigerated wonton wrappers

Makes: 40 wontons

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a medium bowl, combine the vegetable soup mix, ricotta cheese, crabmeat, garlic powder and pepper.

Place 1 tablespoon of mixture in the center of each wonton.

Brush the edges of the wontons with water; then fold corners into the center. Press to seal.

Place wontons on a lightly greased cookie sheet; brush them with oil.

Bake for 25 minutes or until crisp and golden brown, turning once.
