Ingredients ::
- 5 cups water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup plus 1 Tablespoon baby pearl tapioca
- 3 oz. strawberry gelatin
- 1/2 cup (or less) sugar
- 1 cup drained crushed pineapple
- 3 bananas
- 9 oz. Cool Whip

In a saucepan, bring the water and salt to a boil. Then add the tapioca. Turn heat down to medium and stir occasionally, cooking for 15 minutes.
Remove for stove, add the gelatin and sugar. Stir and let cool.
Add the drained pineapple, bananas and Cool Whip must before serving.
You can put the gelatin and pineapple in the refrigerator overnight and then add the bananas and Cool Whip before serving.
