Ingredients ::
  • 3 cups sliced peaches
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup sifted all purpopse flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 6 Tablespoons melted butter

Note: serve with ice cream or whipped cream if you like.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

Place the peaches in a 10 x 6 x 1-1/2 inch pan.

Sprinkle the peaches with the lemon juice.

In a large bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Then add the egg and toss with fork until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over the peaches, then drizzle the butter on top.

Bake in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
