Ingredients ::
  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 1/4 cup margarine, softened
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 large peaches, peeled and sliced thin
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup egg substitute

In a bowl, mix the dry cake mix, brown sugar, margarine and cinnamon until crumbly. Press this mixture in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch ungreased pan; reserving 2/3 cup for the topping.

Arrange the peach slices on top of the crust.

In another bowl, mix the sour cream and egg substitute; then pour over the peaches.

Sprinkle the topping over next.

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
