Ingredients ::
- 3 cups milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons almond extract
- 1 Tablespoon finely chopped almonds

Makes: 4 to 6 servings
Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl; except for the chopped almonds. Pour mixture into an ungreased 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle on the chopped almonds and bake in a 325 degree oven for 60 minutes, or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes, then refrigerate.
