Ingredients ::
  • 4 medium potatoes (about 5 ounces each)
  • 1 Tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 Tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • salt to taste (optional)

One serving:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Scrub potatoes, but don't peel them.

Cut potatoes in wedges or strips.

Place potato slices in a plastic bag with the oil and shake well to coat potatoes evenly.



In another plastic bag, mix all the seasonings together. Add the potatoes and shake to coat.

Arrange the potatoes in a single layer, on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking stray.

Bake in oven for 30 to 35 minutes OR until golden brown.
