Ingredients ::
- 2 cups frozen broccoli
- 1 Tablespoon margarine OR butter
- 1 Tablespoon flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- dash pepper
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish

Cook the broccoli according to the package directions; then drain.
Melt the margarine in a medium saucepan; stir in the flour, salt and pepper. Add the milk all at once; cook about 1 minute or until thickened, stirring constantly. Stir in the remaining ingredients; heat thoroughly.
Combine the broccoli with the sauce.
