Ingredients ::
- 1 to 1-1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Marinade:
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 Tablespoon minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
Makes: depends on the amount of chicken breasts you use
Take all the marinade ingredients and put them into a sturdy resealable plastic bag. Mix the ingredients around.
Add the chicken to the bag, shake carefully to cover the chicken well.
Let chicken marinate in the refrigerater for 2 to 3 hours before you want to cook it.
Barbecue chicken for 25 to 30 minutes, turning often, and check temp to make sure it is done.
You can also cook chicken in oven or broil it.
