Ingredients ::
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh mint
- 5 to 6 carrots, cut in strips, cooked and drained

Makes: 4 to 5 servings
Combine the butter, honey and mint in a saucepan; heat to melt butter. Add cooked carrots, and simmer until glazed; about 8 minutes.
