Ingredients ::
  • 1 cup peeled and cubed horseradish root (1/2 inch pieces)
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Makes: 1-1/4 cups

Combine all ingredients in a food process OR blender. Process until pureed.

Carefully remove cover of proceesor or blender with a hand towel, keeping your face away from the container.

Tranfer mixture to a container with cover, and store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
