Ingredients ::
- 1 garlic clove, halved
- 2 cups white wine, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3 Tablespoons horseradish
- 6 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 Tablespoons cornstarch

Rub the garlic over the inside of the fondue pot. Set aside.
In a large saucepan over a medium to low heat, bring 1-3/4 cup wine and nutmeg to a simmer. Then add the cheese, horseradish and stir until the cheese is melted.
In a small bowl, combine the cornstarch and remaining wine. Stir this into the cheese mixture.
Transfer mixture into the fondue pot. Keep warm, and serve with bread cubes.
