Ingredients ::
- 1 cup dry mustard
- 1 cup white wine vinegar
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- pretzels
From: Virginia Draves, of West Bend, WI
Prep time: make the day before you want to serve this.
In a bowl, mix the mustard and vinegar. Let this stand for 12 hours.
In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar together. Add to the mustard mixture.
Pour mixture into a double boiler, cook until it thickens.
Cool and refrigerate.
Serve with pretzels.
