Ingredients ::
- 1 (18.25 oz.) package Devils Food cake mix
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup oil

In a bowl, mix the dry cake mix, oil and 1 egg until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup for the topping.
Pat remaining cake mix into an ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan.
Bake is a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and the other egg until smooth. Stir in the chocolate chips. Spread over the baked layer.
Sprinkle the reserved topping over the cream chese layer.
Return to the oven to bake for another 15 minutes more.
Cool and cut into bars.
