Ingredients ::
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 3/4 cup dried bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup salt
  • 8 chicken drumsticks

Makes: 4 servings

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan; set aside.

In a shallow bowl, combine the butter, mustard, oregano and garlic; set aside.

Combine the bread crumbs, cheese and salt in a paper or plastic bag.

Roll drumbsticks in the butter mixture to coat, then place the drumbstick into the bag and shake in the bread crumb mixture.

Place drumbsticks on the greased pan, bake in the oven for 40 minutes; turning once.

DO NOT COVER drumbsticks.
