Ingredients ::
- 2(8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 cup plus 3 Tablespoons sugar
- 1/8 Tablespoon almond extract
- 1 pint sour cream
- Cranberry Glaze:
- 1 can whole cranberry sauce
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 1 Tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 Tablespoon grated lemon rind
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice

Makes: 12 to 16 servings
In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy, add eggs one at a time, beating well after each egg. Blend in almond extract and 2/3 cup sugar. Pour mixture into a lightly greased 9 inch pie pan. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 50 minutes. Set aside, cool for 20 minutes.
In a bowl, mix sour cream, 3 Tablespoons sugar and vanilla, spread this over the baked cheese layer. Return to the oven for another 15 minutes.
Chill.
Cook glaze ingredients in a saucepan, over a low heat, stirring constantly until thick and clear. Cool, then spread on top of the pie.
