Ingredients ::
- 16 oz. cream cheese
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- Topping:
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 3 Tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Generously grease a 9 inch pan with butter.
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Put into pan and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
Meanwhile make the topping. In a bowl, stir in the sour cream, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
When the cake is finished baking, spread topping over it and bake for another 10 minutes.
Optional: spread with any pie filling of your choice.
