Ingredients ::
- 1 package (14 oz.) frozen, cooked meatballs, thawed
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 1/2 cup grape jelly
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard

Makes: about 2 dozen
Note: be careful cooking on the stove, the jelly mixture will burn you if it gets on your skin.
In a large skillet, add soy sauce and meatballs, cook on medium heat until meatballs are hot inside.
In a bowl, combine the chili sauce, jelly and mustard, mix well; pour over the meatballs. Continue to cook meatballs and stir until the jelly is melted and mixture comes to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, put cover on skillet and simmer for 2 minutes.
Your ready to serve your meatballs as is with toothpicks for appetizers, or use them to make a meatball sub sandwich. You can also put the meatballs over, rice, or potato, or noodles.
