Ingredients ::
- Crust:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup crushed walnuts
- 1/2 cup margarine
- Filling:
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- 2 small instant pistachio pudding mixes
- 4 cups cold milk
- Topping:
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- nutmeg (optional)
- pistacio nuts (optional)

Note: needs at least 4 hours to be refrigerated before serving.
In a bowl, mix the crust ingredients until crumbly. Pat into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
In another bowl, mix the cream cheese and ppowdered sugar. Fold in the Cool Whip. Spread this onto a cooled crust.
In another bowl, mix the pistachio pudding mixes and milk as directed on the packages. Spread over the cream cheese mixture.
Cover with second Cool Whip. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
To serve; sprinkle with nutmeg, and pistachio nuts if you like.
