Ingredients ::
- 4 Tablespoons butter OR margarine, divided
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 to 1-1/2 Tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 oz. sour cream
- 1 cup broccoli
- 1 cup green beans
- 1 cup peas
- 1 cup American OR cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 cup Ritz salad crackers

In a saucepan, cook onion in 2 tablespoons butter until tender. Add the cornstarch, salt, pepper and sour cream; mix well.
Put the broccoli, green beans, peas into a casserole dish, pour sauce over and mix.
Top with grated cheese.
In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons butter and cracker crumbs; sprinkle on top of the cheese.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
