Ingredients ::
- 4 Tablespoons butter
- 2 diced tomatoes
- 1 package ranch dressing mix
- 1-1/2 Tablespoons flour
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
From: Kristine Vesche, of Jackson, WI
Toss the cheese with flour in a bowl until coated.
Saute tomatoes in butter in a 4 quart saucepan over medium high heat. Stir in the wine. Add the cheese to the pan a little at at time; heating and stirring until the cheese is melted.
Transfer to a fondue pot to keep it warm, or serve it in the saucepan (but make sure to use a hot pad on your table).
Serve imediately with cubed bread.
