Ingredients ::
  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 package ranch dressing mix
  • 4 oz. beer
  • 1 (8 oz.) package sharp cheddar cheese, finely grated
Description ::
From: Carol Schaefer, of West Bend, WI

Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese, dry ranch dressing and beer. Mix well.

Add cheese and stir into cream chese mixture, chill.

Serve with pretzels or your favorite cracker.
