Ingredients ::
  • 1 (11 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pound fresh asparagus, cooked
  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • 2-1/2 cups crushed potato chips
  • 2 cups grated American cheese

Placed cooked asparagus on the bottom of a casserole dish.

Cover with a layer of 1/3 potato chips and a layer of one sliced hard boiled egg.

Cover with 1/2 cheese.

Rrepeat layering 1/3 potato chips and layer of hard boiled egg.

Add the can of cream of mushroom soup over.

Cover the top with the remaining 1/2 cheese and 1/3 potato chips.

Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Serve hot.
