Ingredients ::
  • 3 Tablespoons melted butter
  • 3 Tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1-2/3 cup finely chopped asqaragus
  • 2 eggs, beaten
Description ::

Makes: 6 servings

In a pot, combine the butter and flour thoroughly. Then add the milk gradually, cook stirring constantly until thick and smooth over medium heat. Add the salt, pepper and asparagus. Fold in the beaten eggs.

Spoon mixture into 6 greased custard cups.

Set cups in a pan of hot water.

Bake in a 375 degree oven for 15 minutes.
