Ingredients ::
- 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
- 2 packages crescent roll dough
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar and egg yolk only (save the egg white).
Prep a cookie sheet pan with spreading butter all over it.
Take one package of dough and spread it out onto the cookie sheet; pinch holes together.
Spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the dough.
Then take the second package of dough and lay it on top of the cream cheese mixture.
In a small bowl, whip the egg white and brush it onto of the dough.
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon on top if you like.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
Remember to use ovenmits to remove hot pan/or ask an adult to.
Cut into bar shapes to serve.
