Ingredients ::
- 2 cups chopped raw apples
- 1/3 cup onions, chopped
- 1/3 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 cup bran
- 2 pounds bulk pork sausage

Makes: 8 servings
In a large bowl, combine apples, onion, celery, bread crumbs, bran for the stuffing.
Pat the sausage into a rectangle of tin foil, about 12 x 10 inches.
Spread the stuffing over the meat. Roll up the meat and bring the foil together at the top and seal. Seal ends, lay in a shallow pan and bake in a moderate oven set at 350 degrees for one hour.
When sausage is done, cut into slices and serve.
