Ingredients ::
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 Tablespoons water
- 2 cups crushed corn flakes
From: Donna Hurd, of Hustisford, WI
Makes: 4 servings
Shape sausage into 4 patties.
Dip patties in; the beaten egg and water combined in a bowl.
Then roll the patties in the corn flakes.
Cook patties slowly in a fry pan, on low heat; turn often until browned and thoroughly done.
