Ingredients ::
- 1 pound fresh ground pork
- 1 sweet apple, peeled and grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup breading
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup apple cider (if you want more sauce, add one cup)

Put everything except the apple cider in a large bowl and mix by hand.
Form meatballs about the size of golf balls.
Lay the meatballs in a pan or fry pan that can go into the oven; with a little olive oil.
Put the pan in the oven at 350 degrees to bake for 15 minutes.
Now add the apple cider in the pan, cover meatballs and bake for about another 30 to 40 minutes.
