Ingredients ::
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 (29 oz.) can peach slices
- 1 (16 oz.) can pears, juice reserved
- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
- 2 cups mandarin oranges
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup wine OR pear juice

Drain all canned fruit well, saving the pear juice if preferred over wine.
Place all the fruit in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
Cook butter, sugar, cornstarch, cloves, cinnamon and pear juice or wine; in a saucepan until thick, about 5 to 7 minutes. Stir.
Pour mixture over the fruit. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees, uncovered for 15 minutes.
