Ingredients ::
- 1 package (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Makes: 24 squares
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
In a medium saucepan, over a low heat, melt the chocolate chips and butter. Stir in the graham cracker crumbs. Reserve 1/4 cut for the topping. Press remaining crumbs evenly into a 9 x 13 inch pan.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth with an electric mixer. Gradually beat in the condensed milk, then egg and vanilla. Pour mixture over the prepared crust.
Sprinkle with reserved crumbs over the top.
Bake until set, 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool.
Refrigerate until cold, about 2 hours or longer.
