Ingredients ::
- 2 (8 oz.) packages crescent rolls
- 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar, divided
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- chopped nuts (optional)

Spread 1 package of crescent roll in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan, pressing up sides 1 inch.
In a bowl, combine the egg yolks, 2/3 cup sugar and cream cheese, mixing well. Spread this evenly over the crescent roll.
Lay other crescent roll over top, pinching sides together to seal.
In a clean bowl, beat egg whites until frothy and spread over the rolls.
In another bowl, mix the remaining sugar with the cinnamon and nuts; sprinkle this over the top.
Bake in the oven at 350 degree for 30 minutes.
