Ingredients ::
- 2 (10 oz.) packages frozen asparagus spears
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- 2 Tablespoons salad dressing
- 2 Tablespoons sliced green onion
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon style mustard
- 2 hard boiled eggs, finely chopped

Makes: 6 servings
Cook the frozen asparagus according to the package directions; then drain. Keep them warm.
Meanwhile, for the sauce, beat the whipping cream in a bowl, just until stiff peaks form. Then fold in the salad dressing, freen onion, mustard and eggs.
Spoon the sauce on top of the asparagus, and then serve.
