Ingredients ::
- 4 large boneless chicken breasts
- 8 slices Provolone cheese
- 4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 12 asparagus spears
- grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- salt and pepper to taste

Makes: 4 servings
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a 9 x 15 inch cake pan with cooking spray.
Pound the chicken breasts flat and layer 2 slices of Provolone on each.
Put 4 asparagus spears on each chicken breast. Roll them up and secure with a toothpicks. Put them into the pan towards the center.
Sprinkle them with the bacon and Parmesan cheese.
In a bowl, mix the chicken and muchroom soups together; then pour it into the pan around the chicken.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until the chicken is done.
