Ingredients ::
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- a pinch salt
- 4 large cloves of garlic (crushed)
- a pinch of black pepper
- 2/3 cup Canola oil

Note: it is a good low sodium and low cholesterol dressing for diets.
In a bowl mix all the ingredients together.
It's ready to pour over your mixed vegetables or salad.
