Ingredients ::
- 1 can whole cranberry sauce
- 1-1/2 cups finely crushed vanilla wafer crumbs (about 20)
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped

Makes: 6 servings
In a bowl, with a fork, break up the creanberry sauce.
Blend in the vanilla wafer crumbs.
Fold in the whipped cream.
Spoon the mixture lightly into a pile in sherbet glasses.
Refrigerate for 30 to 60 minutes before serving.
