Ingredients ::
- 24 vanilla wafers
- 3 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 eggs
- Garnish optional:
- fresh fruit (like blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
- 1 can pie filling (like lemon, cherry, apple)

Makes: 24 servings
Line 24 muffin tins with paper cups.
Put a vanilla wafer in the bottom of each cup.
In a bowl; mix together the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs.
Fill each cup with the cream cheese mixture.
Place in oven at 350 degrees and bake for 15 to 25 minutes (until set and the tops are a litle cracked).
Remove from oven to cool.
Garnish with a 1 tablespoon of fresh fruit or pie filling, or make a few of each.
