Ingredients ::
- 12 slices bread, crust removed
- 12 oz. grated cheddar cheese
- 1 package (10 oz.) frozen broccolie, cooked and drained
- 2 cups diced ham
- 6 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3-1/2 cups milk
- 2 Tablespoons instant minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Prep time: make the night before.
Place 6 slices of bread in the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch pan.
Layer cheese, broccoli and ham on top.
Place another layer of bread on top.
In a bowl, combine the eggs, milk, onion and salt. Pour mixture over the bread.
Cover and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
Bake in oven at 325 degrees, uncovered for 1 hour.
Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting to serve.
