Ingredients ::
  • 3 large, ripe tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 5 oz. crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
Description ::

Preheat oven to 500 degrees.

On a cookie sheet, place the tomato haves.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

In a small bowl, mix crackers, bacon, onions, cheese and butter. Divide mixture equally on each tomato halves.

Broil 5 inches from the heat in the oven for 7 minutes or until light brown.
