Farfalle ("farfalla"- for "butterfly") - bow tie

Gnocchi (that mean "lumps") - small dumplings typically made from potatoes.

Linguine ("little tongues" in Italian) - a flat like fettuccine and skinny like spaghetti

Mein - chinese noodles made from wheat flour, with or without eggs.

Pappardelle (comes from the verb for "to gobble up") - a broad and flat, about an inch wide.

Perciatelli - long, thick, hollow strands. Kinda like macaroni - but long and without the bend.

Ravioli - (from the Italian "to wrap") - these are little pillows filled with all kinds of good stuff.

Tagliatello - long, flat ribbons, similar to fettuccine. Usually about a quarter-inch wide.
