bear_angry.gif A waste of a trip! My Store Experience Comments sent to Burlington Coat Factory today.

My husband and I traveled from West Bend, because I wanted to go shopping there since we would be in town that day. I was looking forward to the price values, but to my surprise was unable to find any boots in my size and there was no order to them. Then I went to the bra area and wow, that was even worse. There was no way I was going to make my husband wait as I would try to go though row after row of bras just to find my size since I could not find any order. Bras were everywhere they should not be by size. My husband was upset with the mess of the store, there was so many items laying on the floors. So we left, but on our way home we stopped at Store #742 in the hopes to find what I was looking for, but without any luck, it was the same problem issues. With this experience I will not rush back to those stores, but thought someone in management should be aware of why, and may not want to have this kind of a store image.

We contacted the stores Manager's and District Manager regarding the concerns you brought to our attention. We always expect our stores to be neat and tidy, with merchandise easy to locate, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue.
