If sweaty workouts leave your tootsies blistered, then those stinky socks you just threw in the hamper could be to blame.

Some sock materials are better than others at preventing blister-causing friction.

Cotton socks chafed the most at high moisture (meaning they're most likely to cause blisters), while nylon and acrylic-fiber socks had lower friction levels.

Non-cotton socks wick away moisture, so they're less likely to cause blisters. Look for socks with little or no cotton, try it out and let us know what you think. bear_thumb.gif
