Ingredients ::
- 1 package fudge marble cake mix
- 2 pounds ricotta cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 8 oz. whipping cream
- 1 package instant chocolate pudding
- 1 cup milk
A yummy cake that could be used for Valentine's day or Sweetest day.
In a bowl, mix cake as directed on the box.
Pour mixture into a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan.
In a separate bowl, combine the ricotta, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well. Spoon this mixture over the tope of the unbaked cake.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Cool.
In another bowl, mix pudding with milk, fold in the whipped cream and spread over the cake.
Serve now or place in the refrigerater to enjoy later.
