Ingredients ::
- 1 box cake mix (any flavor you like)
- 2 cups (4.5 oz.) Cool Whip (frozen non-dairy whipping cream)
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Makes: 3 to 4 dozen cookies
Cobine the cake mix, Cool Whip, and eggs in a large bowl.
Stir until mixed well.
Drop batter by tablespoon into powdered sugar and roll it around to coat.
Place cookie on a greased cookie sheet, keep them 1 to 2 inches apart from each other.
Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Make sure to use a hot pad to remove cookie sheet from oven.
