Ingredients ::
- 3 Lbs. fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh thyme OR 3/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Makes: 12 servings
Place the asparagus in a roasting pan or baking pan lined with heavy duty foil.
Then drizzle with oil and toss asparagus to coat.
Sprinkle with the thyme, salt and pepper.
Bake uncovered in the oven at 425 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes OR until crisp-tender.
