Ingredients ::
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
- 1 (4 oz.) package Feta cheese, crumbed
- 1/4 cup margarine OR butter
- 1/3 cup chopped ripped olives
- 2 Tablespoons finely chopped green onion
- 1/4 cup snipped parsley OR finely chopped toasted almonds
- assorted crackers

Makes: 2 cups (16 servings)
Note: Needs 4 to 24 hours in the refrigerater
Bring the cream cheese, Feta cheese and margarine to room temperature first.
In a bowl combine the cream cheese, Feta cheese and margarine and beat. Stir in the olives and onion. Cover and chill 4 to 24 hours.
To serve, shape mixture into a ball. Roll ball in the parsley or almonds to cover.
Serve cheese ball with crackers.
