  • 1/3 cup chocolate flavored whey protein powder
  • 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Sucanet
  • 1/3 cup pasteurized egg white

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

In a bowl, sift together the protein powder, cocoa and Sucanet. Set aside.

In a mixer bowl, with mixer beat eggs until fluffy. Mix sifted ingredients in with a rubber spatula. The egg whites will collapse; that's okay.

Spoon about 1-1/2 teaspoons of the mix onto an ungreased pan. Bake 1-1/2 to 2 hours, until dry.
