Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Lina a cookie sheet with parchment. (an ungreased, non stick cookie sheet will also work)

Put egg whites in a stainless steel bowl. Whisk constantly.

Put 1/3 of the beaten whites into a clean bowl and mix in protein powder using a rubber spatula. Eggs will collapse, and mixture will be lumpy. Gently fold another 1/3 of the egg mixture into the protein mixture, until mostly but not entirely blended in. Fold in the remaining 1/3 of egg mixture, until blended.

Drop out silver-dollar-sized disks onto the parchment with a tablespoon. Bake for 1-1/2 to 2 hours, until dry and crisp.

Cool and store at room temperature in an airtight container for up to a week.
