- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup pitted dates
- 1 vanilla bean

In a blender, blend 2 cups water with blueberries, cashews, dates and vanilla bean until smooth.
Add 1 cup water and blend until smooth.
This will keep for three days in the fridge.
