  • 4 oz. whole wheat pasta
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce (no more than 3g sugar per serving)
  • 1/4 cup steamed spinach
  • 1 Tablespoon parmesan cheese OR 1 slice vegan cheese
  • 3 soy meatballs

Cook pasta according to the package instructions, in one pot.

In a separate pot on medium-low heat, warm marinara sauce.

Drain pasta, and pour the cooked pasta into the sauce. Add the spinach, cheese and soy meatbals.

Cook until desired temperature is reached.
