Ingredients ::
- 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 (9 inch) graham cracker crumb crust (oreo crust can also be used)
- 20 caramels
- 2 Tablespoons milk
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Makes: 8 servings
In a mixing bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer until well blended.
Add eggs, mix until blended.
Melt caramels with milk on low heat, in a small sauce pan; stirring frequently until smooth.
Stir the pecans into the caramel. Pour mixture into the crust.
The pour the cream cheese mixture over the caramel.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes or until the center is almost set.
Cool.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hors or overnight.
