Ingredients ::
- 1 Lb. ground beef
- 1 cup onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 Tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried mint
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1-1/4 cups stale bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup water

Makes: 12 (3 inch long) sausages
Hint: Make this the night before you want to serve it.
Mix all ingredients gently in a glass bowl, cover and set in refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Shape meat mixture into 12 sausage, about 3 inches long.
Broil for about 10 minutes in oven, carefully turning once.
